Job summary

SRS Building Products – Sanford, FL seeks an experienced CDL Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of building materials to job sites within a 200-mile radius. You will verify inventory, document deliveries with photos, and maintain high safety and customer-service standards.

The role requires a CDL A or B with air brakes, English communication skills, and 1–2 years of commercial driving experience. Expect varied weather, long hours, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with air brakes endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Operate forklifts safely and communicate effectively in English.
• 18+ (21+ interstate); pass background checks, drug tests, and FMCSA Clearinghouse verification.
• 1–2 years of relevant commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle thoroughly and verify inventory, ensuring secure, damage-free deliveries.
• Assess job site conditions, coordinate with customers for material placement, document deliveries with photos.
• Operate within a 200-mile radius with no overnight stays; handle loading/unloading and weather challenges.
• Read and understand job-related documents in English and maintain safety standards.
