Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations/Trucking Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement and be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; CDL and DOT medical card desired.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain strong safety culture.
• Perform other assigned duties
