Chief Delivery Collective LLC is seeking CDL drivers for part-time and full-time roles in Toledo, Ohio. Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with weekly bonus opportunities and a benefits package including PTO, medical and dental coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Able to operate a Class A Tractor Trailer up to 80,000 lbs.

It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all deliveries are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.

Currently, we are looking to fill part-time & full-timedriving positions in Toledo, Ohio.

CDL Driver Associate Responsibilities:

• Drop & Hook Trailers by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through parking lots and terminals in all weather conditions,and deliver loads safely and punctually
• You can plan on working about 4-5 days a week, in an 10-12 hour shift
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
• You will interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
  CDL Driver Requirements:
  We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the terminals of customers. Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time.
• Be 21 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety
• Have a valid Class A CDL driver’s license within the state of employment
• Consent to a drug test, MVR and background check
• Be able to operate and navigate a Class A Tractor Trailer, weighing 80,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle)
• Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds during an 10to 12-hour work shift
• Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone
