Responsibilities

• Support paving, sealcoating, striping, and concrete teams with physical labor and equipment operation.
• Maintain truck logs and paperwork according to regulations.
• Inspect and maintain truck equipment.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and operate trucks safely.
• Assist with general labor tasks and support site safety.
• Operate paving machinery as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure safety protocols and report safety issues.
• Support material and equipment transport and additional tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL and DOT certification; pass drug test and background check.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Physically capable of long hours, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in various weather conditions.
• Experience with tools and small engines.
