Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking a CDL driver to accurately deliver products to licensed retailers and between company locations. The role emphasizes timely deliveries, proper check-in, and safe operation of equipment. It is a safety-sensitive, on-site position supporting our distribution network.

The ideal candidate holds a CDL, has at least one year of driving experience, and can lift 40–50 lbs. Regular DOT compliance and safety training are expected.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of driver experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid CMV / CDL Class A or B license.
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner.
• Deliver products to licensed retailers as invoiced.
• Check-in invoiced orders with customers courteously.
• Collect and return payments as required.
• Account for invoices of delivered and returned merchandise.
• Complete paperwork throughout delivery process.
• Follow DOT regulations and attend safety meetings.

In this role, the CDL Driver executes accurate delivery of products as invoiced to licensed accounts or between company locations. This role will service customers by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate check-in and storage of products. This is a safety sensitive position.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times
• Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers
• Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Collect and return all payments as required
• Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
• Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process
• Ensure truck check-in procedures are followed daily
• Ensure truck service and safety issues are reported daily
• Maintain an accurate DOT log book, if required
• Follow DOT Regulations at all times
• Attend monthly safety meetings
• Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed
• Report any local, state or federal moving violations to management
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year of driver experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid CMV / CDL / Class A or B license
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period of time.
