As a key player in our operations, you'll be responsible for safely transporting lumber and building materials to residential and commercial job sites while delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities

Safe & Efficient Deliveries: Operate company trucks to transport materials to customer job sites in a safe and timely manner.
Load & Unload Materials: Assist with loading and unloading building materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites, representing Ben's SuperCenter with professionalism.
Equipment Inspections: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment to ensure proper working condition.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
Assist in Yard Operations: Help with organizing and maintaining lumberyard inventory when not on deliveries.

Qualifications

Required: Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
Experience: Preferred experience in lumber and building materials delivery, but willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Customer-Focused: Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow delivery schedules and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Safety-Oriented: Knowledge of DOT regulations and best practices for transporting building materials.
