Job summary

Construction Masters Services is looking for a motivated full-time CDL Truck Driver to join our team in Berks County. This position offers excellent pay, home daily Monday to Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL driver's license, be able to operate hand and power tools, and meet physical stamina requirements. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Responsibility of a CDL Driver

• Unloading and loading as needed.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines.

• Constantly required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Frequently required to sit for extended periods, while driving.
• Regularly required reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently must push, pull, move or lift up to 50lbs. repeatedly.

Education, Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to concentrate on tasks for extended periods of time.
• The ability to understand and communicate information.
• CDL drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to do basic math. Must be able to safely operate hand and power tools. Prior experience is preferred.
