Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to deliver products.
• Complete documentation of invoices according to company policies.
• Deliver loads over 500 cases with 30 route stops per day.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company policies.
• Deliver loads with up to 500+ cases and 30+ stops per day.
• Work 4 days per week (Tuesday–Friday) in a full-time schedule.

Overview

Wine & spirits wholesaler, M.S. Walker, is seeking Class B CDL Delivery Drivers. Drive company trucks to deliver product while providing a positive image through on-time delivery and customer service.

Full-time hours, 4 days per week (Tuesday - Friday). Local 25 Teamsters Union.

Responsibilities

• Possess clean driving record
• Drug/Alcohol free according to D.O.T. requirements
• Pass D.O.T. physical
• Must be organized and possess good communication skills
• Must be able to work up to 14 hours per day, Tuesday - Friday
• Ability to recognize and distinguish product essential
• Must be able to deliver loads in excess of 500 cases and complete in excess of 30 route stops per day
• Must be able to complete proper documentation of invoices according to Company policies and standards

Physical Requirements

• Long periods of sitting, standing, bending and lifting
• The ability to lift single cases weighing in excess of 50 lbs
• The ability to handle a 2-wheeler with up to 250 lbs. maximum weight up and down stairs and in tight quarters
• Must be physically able to do repeated entry and exit of truck cab and box during the course of the day
