Job summary

Staffmark in Madison, WI is seeking a CDL Driver for a direct hire opportunity. You will operate CDL A or B flats and haul lumber, with time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours. Start times are early, with 6 AM shifts through 8–10 hour days.

What You Will Do

As a CDL Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

The CDL Driver is responsible for operating vehicles safely while transporting products and materials according to established schedules and delivery requirements. This position requires sound judgment, strong driving skills, and a commitment to protecting people, cargo, and equipment.
