Job summary

Lion Freight Systems Inc. seeks a CDL-A Driver to handle dry van freight across the United States. The role offers pay at 70 cents per mile with all miles paid and an average of 3,000+ miles per week, dispatched 24/7.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with weekly direct deposits and coverage across the 48 states. Based in Chicago, IL, the company serves the Midwest, South, and Southeast regions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with medical card.
• US-wide hiring with 48-state coverage.
• Experience with dry van freight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight across Midwest, South and Southeast.
• Coordinate with dispatch and maintain logs and safety.
• Ensure on-time delivery and handle detention/layover

• Based in Chicago, IL.
• Runs mainly Midwest, South, and Southeast, but we cover all 48 states.
• Equipment (2020-2027): Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International.
