Job summary

Luby Shoring is seeking a CDL Class A driver in Missouri to deliver trench shoring equipment safely and efficiently. You will be home every night and act as the company ambassador through customer interactions.

Starting pay is $25-$27 per hour with weekly pay, one month of paid training, safety gear and uniforms, boot reimbursement, and your own assigned truck. Local deliveries only, no nights or overnights, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid CLASS A CDL.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn knuckle boom crane operations.
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Transport trench shoring equipment to and from customer locations.
• Safely operate semi-trucks and tag-along trailers in accordance with DOT CDL-A regulations.
• Follow all safety protocols, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Conduct daily and weekly truck inspections.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and complete thorough pre-trip inspections.
• Load and unload equipment using a knuckle boom crane mounted on delivery trucks.
• Provide excellent customer service and recommend additional equipment or solutions when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
