Job summary

Alter Trading Corporation in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a reliable CDL A Driver to join our team. You will transport steel-sided trailers and roll-off containers, and assist with yard operations; home daily.

This full-time role requires 1–3 years of verifiable driving experience, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs (100+ lbs with help). We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Equipment operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ferrous vs. non-ferrous materials is a plus.
• Valid Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks to pick up and deliver containers within a designated area.
• Transport loads between Alter facilities and customer locations.
• Drive semi-trucks within the yard to move scrap materials.
• Operate yard equipment to load or relocate scrap as needed.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned.
