Job summary

Conklin Metal Industries in Birmingham, AL is hiring a safety-focused Class B CDL Driver to join our team. You will deliver HVAC and sheet metal products regionally, with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime opportunities.

This role requires a valid Class B CDL, at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, a clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You’ll load, unload, and provide great customer service while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class B CDL and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record (MVR) required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver HVAC and sheet metal products to customers in the region.
• Load, unload, and secure freight.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Operate safely following DOT and company regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery.
• Assist with general truck care and cleanliness.
