Job summary

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable Dockworker with a valid CDL to join our safety‑driven logistics team. You will load freight safely, operate powered warehouse equipment, and help deliver cargo on time while maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities include operating yard trucks, printing BOLs, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring compliance with DOT rules. This full‑time role offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification required.
• Valid Class A CDL in resident state.
• Hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Meet all DOT and company requirements.
• Demonstrate safety and avoid risk of injury to self or others.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and keep a safe, clean environment.
• Print BOL for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments on arrival and before departure.
• Operate commercial vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to local, state and federal transport regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain logs for driving hours and cargo conditions.
• Communicate with dispatch about schedules and delays.
