Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required, plus two years driving experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience managing a team of 5+ drivers.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate company trucks safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of local drivers and coordinate daily routes.
• Assist with routing, dispatching, and scheduling as needed.
• Coach drivers on docks and in trucks to ensure safe, timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal production teams to meet customer needs.
