Job summary

Carter Lumber Company in Kentucky is seeking a CDL Delivery Specialist to transport orders to local customer jobsites in a safe, timely manner with our company fleet. You will ensure daily delivery schedules are met and provide friendly, professional customer service.

On site, you will unload using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift and place materials where customers need them. Previous delivery experience with building materials and an active CDL are required.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience, preferably with building materials.
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift.
• An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license.
• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred.
• Ability to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Transport orders to local customer jobsites in a safe and timely manner using our company fleet.
