Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver/associate in the Youngstown area to provide SMART customer service, assist customers, and coordinate loading and delivery of merchandise.

You will communicate product details, schedule deliveries, and ensure safe on-time loading and unloading of goods in accordance with Lowe's policies. The role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B with endorsement where applicable), a medical certificate, ability to pass a motor vehicle record check, and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL License (multi-unit CMV) or Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Must possess a valid medical certificate or the ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Ability to pass MVR screen in accordance with company requirements.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service at all times per Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Coordinate with customers and truck drivers to schedule and confirm deliveries.
• Unload, install, and test appliances upon delivery.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance in all loading and delivery activities.
