Qualifications

• Experience with welding, fabrication, mechanical assembly, hydraulics, electrical systems, or related truck equipment installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect truck equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform fabrication and installation work using welding, plasma cutting, hand tools, and shop equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical specifications to ensure high-quality installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and communicate project updates or issues as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while working efficiently to meet production schedules.
