Qualifications

Your role at Baxter

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to home patients and dialysis centers. Responsibilities include delivering dialysis solutions, rotating stock, ensuring order accuracy, and occasionally picking up or returning orders.

Schedule : 4-day work week with weekends off (5am-3pm / 6am-4pm), some overnight shifts.

Your team

This position is physically demanding, involving deliveries in urban and rural areas. You may deliver up to, and sometimes more than, 45 cases per stop.

The Service Specialist collaborates with patients, regional staff, customer service, and healthcare professionals across the supply chain.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake endorsement; MVR must meet standards; adherence to DOT regulations
  • Valid Medical Card
  • At least 1 year of comparable driving experience preferred
  • Ability to use Electronic Logging Device (ELD) for HOS logs
  • Ability to perform multi-day routes, including overnight travel
  • Experience with material handling equipment (lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Effective communication skills; ability to work in diverse teams
  • Adherence to safety rules for equipment and driving
  • Ability to distinguish product label colors

Physical Environment :

  • Work in distribution centers, trucks, patient homes, and dialysis centers
  • Lifting cases up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Entering/exiting vehicles frequently
  • Bending, crouching, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, squatting, wrist turning
  • Work in extreme temperatures
