Dexter in Winchester is seeking a dependable CDL Delivery Driver / Production Worker to split time between local deliveries and production tasks. This hands-on role keeps production moving and requires you to stay busy.

You will operate a day cab with 48- or 53-foot trailers on local routes, and when not delivering, support schedules with raw materials and finished goods. Local weekday hours and home every night are expected.

Competenze

• CDL Class A with clean driving record required.
• Minimum 12 months commercial driving experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain medical card.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and stands for long periods.
• Forklift experience is preferred; training provided.

Mansioni

• Safely operate a day cab truck pulling a 48- or 53-foot Conestoga trailer on local delivery routes, representing approximately 75%–100% of weekly hours.
• When not delivering, support production schedules by handling raw materials, components, and finished goods, up to 25% of weekly hours.
• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment (Forklift experience preferred — training provided).
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
• Pitch in on other production or delivery tasks as needed.

Dexter in Winchester is looking for a dependable CDL Delivery Driver / Production Worker to split time between local deliveries (75%) and production work (25%). This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes staying busy — driving and helping keep production moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a day cab truck pulling a 48- or 53-foot Conestoga trailer on local delivery routes, representing approximately 75%–100% of weekly hours, based on customer delivery needs.


• When not completing customer deliveries, support daily production schedules by safely performing production-related work involving raw materials, components, and finished goods, representing up to approximately 25% of weekly hours.


• Operate a forklift and other material‑handling equipment (Forklift experience preferred — training provided)


• Follow all safety rules and company procedures


• Pitch in on other production or delivery tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED


• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid medical card


• At least 12 months commercial experience driving


• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50lbs


• Forklift experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)


• Warehouse, production, or material handling experience preferred


• Overtime opportunities based on business needs
