Job summary

EquipmentShare in Seattle, WA is hiring a CDL Delivery Driver to join our team and help us move equipment to job sites safely and efficiently. You will operate a Class A CDL vehicle, follow state and federal laws, and maintain accurate shipping documents.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional on-call shifts with overtime pay. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork as we build the future of construction with our technology-driven platform.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities to communicate professionally with customers and staff.
• Ability to stay focused in a busy delivery environment.
• Excellent safety awareness and compliance with transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle according to state and federal transportation laws.
• Transports loads safely and on schedule, following all traffic regulations.
• Maneuvers truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follows loading crew signals.
• Assists with loading/unloading goods and returns equipment to designated areas.
• Maintains invoices, bills of lading, and documentation; delivers paperwork after route completion.
• Performs routine service on trucks (oil, water, air, etc.) and reports malfunctions.
• Arranges trailers in yards for optimal loading patterns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
