PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

Safely delivers energy products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Builds customer retention through effective communication and account management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Collaborates with sales team to increase energy product sales.
• Responds to customer complaints and ensures satisfactory resolution.
• Delivers energy products efficiently to meet customer and company standards.
• Communicates all customer interactions to management.
• Monitors and controls product shrink as per company policy.
• Ensures all delivery equipment is safe; maintains daily truck inspection and HOS records.
• Checks customer credit before delivery, explains credit policies to new customers.
• Performs routine service on customer tank systems as needed.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintains cleanliness and proper condition of equipment, bulk plant, and office.
• Adheres to GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3+ years of truck driving or bulk transport experience.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes, hazmat, and tanker endorsements; valid medical card.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Availability for scheduled deliveries, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in extreme weather and at heights or elevated platforms.
• Willingness to participate in training related to company policies and safety.
