Job summary

ABC Supply, America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a licensed CDL Driver to join our team in Michigan. You will safely deliver materials, load and unload as needed, and ensure compliance with all regulations while providing excellent service to customers.

This role emphasizes safety, punctual delivery, and accurate documentation. You will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and reliable night-to-night home time.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A or B.
• The ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly (70 pound bundles of shingles).
• Ability and willingness to work on rooftops.
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required.
• Conveyor and/or box truck experience is preferred.
• Knuckle and/or drywall boom truck experience is preferred.
• Crane certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials safely to job sites and secure loads per regulations.
• Document each delivery with photos using the camera phone system.
• Complete load checks before leaving the branch and ensure equipment is compliant.
• Work with the Delivery Material Handler to set and unload materials.
• Fill logs and government paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide customers with an invoice and collect payment on COD deliveries.
• May perform warehouse tasks including loading/unloading as needed.
