Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Woburn, MA is seeking a licensed CDL Class A driver to join our delivery team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on safe, accurate deliveries and customer service.

You will perform load checks, document each delivery with our photo system, coordinate with the Delivery Material Handler, manage paperwork, COD collections when required, and assist with warehousing as needed. The position does not require over‑the‑road travel and pays $24–$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A is required.
• Class 1-C Hoisting License is required.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Pre-employment and random drug screens are required.
• Straight truck experience is preferred.
• Semi tractor and trailer experience is preferred.
• Trailer mounted forklift experience is preferred.
• HazMat endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct a safe work zone during each job site.
• Adhere to assigned delivery schedule and follow all job directives precisely.
• Document every step of each delivery by taking and uploading photos with our camera phone system.
• Complete a thorough load check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are secured and compliant with regulations.
• Work with the Delivery Material Handler to determine where to set materials and unload them.
• Complete and file all logs and required government paperwork.
• Provide the customer with an invoice on completion of each delivery and collect the entire due amount on COD deliveries.
• Responsibilities may include warehouse work, including loading/unloading of materials.
• This position does not require over the road travel.
