Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Delivery Driver to operate a commercial vehicle safely, load/unload materials, and deliver to commercial and residential sites with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, maintaining records, and complying with DOT regulations while lifting heavy materials up to 100 lbs. A valid CDL and clean MVR are required, with Class A preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required with minimum Class B; Class A preferred.
• Clean three-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Excellent customer service and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites.
• Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you.
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Must report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
• Stamina to lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude.
