Job summary

The Fish Guys is a leading seafood and specialty protein distributor serving customers throughout the Upper Midwest. This Delivery Driver role focuses on safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products to customers across the region, using box trucks and routine vehicle inspections.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and able to work independently while representing The Fish Guys professionally at every stop. Prior CDL experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or preventable accidents.
• Read and follow delivery routes using maps, GPS systems, and routing software.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Able to climb in/out of delivery vehicles and stand, walk, bend, lift throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely, accurately, and on time.
• Load and unload products and maintain delivery documentation.
• Provide professional customer service at each stop.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
