Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver for Jacksonville, NC, to safely operate a commercial vehicle, deliver materials to commercial and residential sites, and provide world-class customer service.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inspecting equipment, and maintaining compliance records while prioritizing safety. The role requires a valid CDL (Class B minimum, Class A preferred), a clean MVR, and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred.
• Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Must have overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload at sites.
• Deliver materials to assigned area while prioritizing safety and customer service.
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
