Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service by following Lowe's policies and assisting customers with needs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Communicates product and warranty information to customers.
• Delivers merchandise on schedule and coordinates delivery with drivers.
• Unloads and tests appliances upon delivery.
• Maintains DOT compliance and safe loading practices.
• Plans delivery activities and loads merchandise within payload limits.
• Inspects products before loading or delivery.
• Verifies items against invoices and model numbers.
• Ensures loads are safe and DOT compliant; documents route status.
• Maintains safe work areas and conducts daily safety reviews.
• Operates store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, CCTV, etc.).
