Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Columbus, MO is seeking an Installation Technician and CDL Delivery Driver for a dynamic hybrid role. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair truck equipment, including hydraulic/electrical systems, reading blueprints and schematics, and performing fabrication with welding and plasma cutting.

Responsibilities include documentation and meeting production schedules. Requirements include a Class A CDL with medical card, clean driving record, and safety-consciousness.

Qualifications

• Experience with welding, fabrication, hydraulics, electrical systems, or related truck equipment installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; perform shop math.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect truck equipment including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform fabrication and installation using welding, plasma cutting, hand tools, and shop equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure high-quality installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records; communicate updates or issues as needed.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to meet production schedules.
