Job summary

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license required for multi-unit CMV; Class B with air brake endorsement may be required for certain locations.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Ability to pass MVR checks and comply with DOT and CDL regulations.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting and loading merchandise.
• Coordinate with truck driver for delivery and ensure on-time delivery.
• Unload, install and test appliances upon delivery and verify quantities.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations and store safety standards.
• Maintain organized loads and conduct inspections as required.
