Job summary

Manley deBoer Lumber Co. in Florida is seeking a warehouse customer service/ delivery driver to load materials, deliver to customers, and support daily operations. CDL Class A or B license, clean driving record, and ability to lift and move building materials are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B license.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience transporting building materials is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver materials to customers and job sites.
• Load and unload lumber, windows, doors, and building materials.
• Properly secure all materials before transportation.
• Verify orders and delivery paperwork for accuracy.
• Inspect vehicles before and after deliveries.
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records.
• Communicate professionally with customers and job-site personnel.
• Report any vehicle or delivery issues to management.
• Assist with warehouse duties when needed.
• Keep truck and equipment clean and properly maintained.
