Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a CDL delivery driver to support customers with on-time material deliveries. The role requires insisting on safety, loading/unloading assistance, and accurate ticketing; typical schedule is M-F with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure delivery tickets are included.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the truck as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures of the company.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling/prepping orders for shipment and with receiving, verifying, stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage.
