Job summary

Ferguson seeks a CDL-certified driver to deliver materials to customer sites and assist with loading and unloading. You will ensure delivery tickets accompany shipments and participate in routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

In this role, you will handle returns, verify credits, and support warehouse operations. A valid CDL and DOT medical card are required, with 0–3 years preferred. Overtime may be needed, and safety gear must be used as directed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A or B with Air Brake Endorsement required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 0–3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements per DOT standards.
• Must have/maintain a DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, helping with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery tickets are provided.
• Pickup customer returns and verify product for credit requests.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel as needed; report issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and procedures of the company.
• Assist warehouse with pulling and preparing orders for shipment; receive, verify, stock incoming material.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
• Adhere to PPE usage and safety regulations; wear harness if required.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
