Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Minnesota Beer, LLC is looking for a CDL delivery driver who can unload and deliver pre-sold products from the Distribution Center to customer locations. You will interact with customers daily, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and liquor-related regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional communication, and meticulous note-taking during deliveries. It offers full-time hours with union-affiliated benefits and OT potential based on union pay

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) license required.
• Minimum 1 year of driving/delivery experience.
• Strong communication and professionalism are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a busy setting.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle and deliver orders to accounts safely and efficiently.
• Maintain good relations with retail customers and provide service.
• Listen to and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect payments and reconcile loads with receipts and invoices.
• Record daily sales and delivery data for accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and DOT requirements.
• Inspect the vehicle and report maintenance needs as required.
• Keep the truck clean and organized; follow safety rules at all times.
• Support team objectives and perform additional duties as needed.
