Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Brookfield, CT is seeking a full-time CDL driver to deliver pre-sold products from our Distribution Center to account locations, safely and efficiently. You will unload and transport wine, spirits, beer and other beverages, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with all laws while upholding Breakthru's safety standards and service quality.

The position features a 4-day work week, 6:00 AM start, and a starting pay of $26.75 per hour with OT potential,

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related area.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with high levels of professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer and other beverages to accounts in a safe and responsible manner while complying with federal mandated laws.
• Maintain good relations with retail customers and provide customer service by listening and resolving concerns.
• Collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoice.
• Record sales by completing daily sales and delivery records.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and company policies during delivery and unloading.
