Position Summary

The primary role of a delivery driver is to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring all freight arrives undamaged. The driver works as part of a team to load/unload materials and provides excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Inspect truck/trailer for defects to ensure safe operation.
  • Load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload at job sites.
  • Deliver materials as directed, prioritizing safety.
  • Maintain compliance records for regulatory purposes.
  • Report accidents involving driver or equipment.
  • Lift heavy materials (up to 100+ lbs) for load/unload.
  • Provide professional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid CDL, with Class B required and Class A preferred.
  • Clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
