Position Summary

The primary role of a delivery driver is to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently, complying with company policies and federal/state regulations, delivering freight undamaged, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Inspect truck/trailer for defects to ensure safe operation.
  • Load and unload building materials onto flatbed or boom truck at job sites.
  • Deliver materials to designated areas, prioritizing safety.
  • Maintain compliance records for regulations.
  • Report all accidents involving driver or equipment.
  • Lift heavy materials up to 100+ lbs.
  • Provide professional customer service.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid CDL, preferably Class A.
  • Clear 3-year Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
