Job summary

Hammond Lumber Company in Greenville, Maine is seeking a Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver to serve our local customers and support yard operations. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and delivering building materials using Class A or B trucks, with a focus on safety and service.

The ideal candidate will have a clean Class A or B driver’s license, be able to pass USDOT testing requirements, and be comfortable with heavy lifting and material handling.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience handling building materials is a plus.
• Spider truck or boom truck experience is a plus.
• Candidate must have a clean and valid Class A or B driver’s license and comply with USDOT testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to pick, load, unload and store materials in the yard.
• Perform customer deliveries using Class A or B equipment.
• Provide customer service during deliveries.
• Position requires heavy lifting.
