• Make customer deliveries and pickups.
• Perform check, load, and complete pre/post trip safety inspections.
• Verify, count, and unload materials at customers' job sites.

Job description

Make customer deliveries and pickups; when not driving, assist in the warehouse. Must have a valid driver's license. Must adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations when operating a motor vehicle, CBSI safety standards, and the Company Service Guarantee.

• Perform check, load, and complete pre/post trip safety inspections.
• Load flatbeds and box trucks.
• Make customer deliveries in the NY Metro area, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
• Verify, count, and unload materials at customers' job sites in a timely manner.
• Maintain DOT compliance at all times.
• Follow directions and work well with others.
• Be prompt and responsive.
• Drive responsibly, reducing risk and ensuring trips are completed safely and conscientiously.

Must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift at least 100 lbs.
• Use a cell or landline phone to communicate.
