Hammond Lumber Company in Auburn, Maine is seeking a Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver to deliver building materials to customers, operate forklifts for yard handling, and support loading and unloading as needed.

The ideal candidate has a clean Class A or B license, a reliable driving record, and willingness to comply with USDOT testing requirements. Forklift experience is a plus; the role requires heavy lifting and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills for interacting with customers and delivering materials.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual material handling.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to load/unload and store materials in the yard.
• Perform customer deliveries using Class A or Class B equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and site visits.
• Handle heavy lifting as part of daily duties.

Requirements
