Job summary

Hammond Lumber Company is seeking a Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver for our Auburn, Maine location. The role includes operating forklift and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and store materials in the yard, performing customer deliveries, and providing excellent customer service with a requirement for heavy lifting.

Applicants should have a clean CDL A or B license, USDOT testing compliance, and the ability to handle building materials.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience handling building materials is a plus.
• Spider/boom truck experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have a clean and valid Class A or B driver's license.
• Must comply with USDOT testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and material handling equipment to pick, load, unload, and store materials in the yard.
• Deliver to customers with Class B or Class A equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Position requires heavy lifting.
