Job summary

United Cooperative is seeking a Custom Applicator/CDL Driver at the Pulaski, WI agronomy location. The role supports day-to-day operations, including custom application, CDL driving, and equipment maintenance to ensure timely service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, CDL (or ability to obtain one), and a preference for an applicator’s license. Prior agricultural application experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. CDL or ability to obtain one preferred.
• Applicator’s license preferred; DOT requirements must be met.
• Experience in agricultural application or similar field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mix, load, and apply crop protection products and plant nutrients as directed.
• Operate CDL vehicle in a safe, compliant manner.
• Assist sales staff to ensure orders are accurate and customers' needs are met.
• Perform warehouse tasks including loading with a loader or forklift and basic equipment maintenance.
• Deliver products to customers and unload deliveries as needed.
• Perform minor repairs and report larger issues to supervisor or mechanic.
