Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced Crane Truck Operator/Driver to transport, load, and unload concrete wall forms and equipment at active job sites. You will safely operate the truck-mounted crane, ensure proper rigging, and coordinate with field crews to maintain project schedules.

Qualifications include a valid CDL, 2–3 years crane truck experience, knowledge of rigging and load charts, and the ability to pass DOT drug screening.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B as required by vehicle type.
• 2–3 years of crane truck/boom truck operation experience in construction or related industry.
• Knowledge of rigging techniques, load charts, and safe lifting practices.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a crane-equipped truck to transport wall forms, panels, rigging, and related materials.
• Operate truck-mounted crane/boom to load, unload, and place wall forms and equipment with proper rigging and load securement.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and company safety standards; report issues promptly.
• Coordinate with site teams to schedule deliveries and pickups aligning with project timelines.
• Maintain logs and hours-of-service documentation as required by DOT regulations.
• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio during lifting operations.
