Job summary

Sterling Crane LLC seeks a CDL Crane Rigger for our Pleasanton and San Antonio operations. You will work with the crane operator to haul heavy equipment and assist with mobile crane assembly, ensuring safe rigging and precise lifts on-site.

The role requires CDL A, NCCER or NCCCO crane rigger certification, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication with project managers is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL A required.
• NCCER or NCCCO crane rigger certified.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Pass post offer drug and physical screens and background/MVR.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively with others.
• Strong customer service skills to communicate with onsite project managers.
• Strong knowledge of math applications, weights, and measurements.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Problem solving skills and critical thinking to resolve and identify safety issues.
• Must be willing to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities
