Job summary

Bartley Corporation seeks a CDL equipment operator to run concrete pump trucks, stone/gravel slingers, and Telebelts. Training is provided on site. You will maintain and inspect pumps, follow strict safety policies, and support operations during nights or weekends as needed.

The role requires a valid CDL with a current DOT Medical Card, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet physical demands of operating and cleaning pumps. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have experience in concrete construction or operating concrete boom pumps or stone slingers.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of operating and cleaning the concrete pump.
• Responsible for maintenance and inspections of the pump.
• Available to occasionally work nights or weekends.
• Operator must proactively follow the Safety policy of the company and construction site.
• Excellent communication skills in English. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more concrete pumping units listed (20, 31, 38, 47 meter) and/or stone/slinger trucks.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on pumps and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies on the job site and at Bartley Corporation.
• Be available for occasional night or weekend shifts as needed.
• Participate in on-the-job training provided by Bartley Corporation.
