Job summary

The Bartley Corporation, based in Silver Spring, Maryland, is seeking an experienced Crane Truck Driver/Operator to join our team. This role safely drives a crane truck and operates the crane to transport, load, unload, and place concrete forms at various jobsites.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL for the vehicle operated.
• Experience operating a truck-mounted crane/panel crane.
• Knowledge of rigging, lift planning, load securement and crane operations.
• Ability to maneuver large commercial vehicles on active construction sites.
• Strong safety awareness and good communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual with ability to work independently.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a panel crane truck to and from jobsites.
• Operate the truck-mounted crane for loading, unloading, and placement of concrete forms.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Properly secure loads and verify equipment before transport.
• Set up the crane safely, including outriggers and work-zone precautions.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, crews, and signal persons during lifting operations.
• Follow company, DOT, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection, delivery, and equipment records.
• Assist crews as needed with material handling and jobsite operations.
• Maintain the truck and crane in clean, safe operating condition.

The bartley Corporation is seeking an experienced and dependable Crane Truck Driver / Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for safely driving and operating a crane truck to transport, load, unload, and place concrete forms at various jobsites.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive a panel crane truck to and from jobsites
• Operate the truck-mounted crane for loading, unloading, and placement of concrete forms
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Properly secure loads and verify equipment before transport
