Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Class A or B CDL.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Strong safety awareness and physical stamina.
• Experience with concrete and brick laying is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build concrete forms and set them for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and similar structures.
• Perform rough carpentry, masonry, and basic building maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operate light trucks and various automotive equipment.
• Lay out and paint lines on streets and parking areas; install and repair signs.
• Operate backhoe, trenchers, forklifts, and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Load/unload materials and assist with miscellaneous field repairs and adjustments.
