Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A or Class B CDL license.
• Must have a clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Ability to perform well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work without direct supervision.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a ready mix truck safely and in accordance with DOT and Dolese rules.
• Perform weekly maintenance, record-keeping, and inspections on vehicles (fueling, cleaning, fluids).
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in a timely manner.
• Visually inspect concrete consistency in the mixer.
• Maintain a DOT Daily Log Book.
• Assist in training coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.
