We are currently hiring CDL Class A Company Drivers to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers (paid quarterly), and home nightly (every other night or weekends).

Pay (CDL Class A Company Driver)
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 for experienced drivers, $3,000 for Student Loan Reimbursement
- Annual Pay Range: $80,000 - $115,000

Qualifications
- Valid Class "A" CDL
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Class A tractor-trailer experience or completion from an accredited truck driving school
- No drug or alcohol violations in accordance with FMCSA Regulations (last five years)
- Maximum of two moving violations in the last twelve months
- Maximum of three moving violations in the last three years
- Maximum of three preventable accidents in the last three years
- No serious violations in the last five years (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, excessive speeding)
- Satisfactory completion of Amhof Trucking, Inc. Road Test, DOT Physical, and Drug & Alcohol tests
- Background checks via InquireHire, HireRight, and online state court systems
- No more than three jobs in the last twelve months
- Employment is at-will, with no guaranteed employment period
Responsibilities
- Report to the Operations Department
- Work within 70 hours in 8 days, with 11 hours driving time and 14-hour work shifts including 30-minute breaks
- Transport and deliver cargo, materials, or damaged vehicles using trucks over 3 tons
- Maintain satellite communication with Operations for instructions and dispatch
- Keep records of transported materials and products
- Inspect trucks for defects before and after trips and report conditions
- Pick up preloaded trailers and deliver cargo to the consignee
- Drive tractor-trailers in all conditions, following federal regulations and hours-of-service limitations
- Maintain compliance records, including driver logs and other legal documents
- Open trailer doors for cargo unloading and collection of delivery signatures or payments
