Job summary

Epic Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking a School Bus Driver (CDL Class B with S & P endorsements) to join our team. Full-time and part-time positions available; 30-40 hours weekly.

You will safely operate routes, perform pre-trip inspections, and assist students. We offer a $1000 New Hire Bonus, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling in the Lakewood area.

Candidates must have CDL B with S&P endorsements; bilingual is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with S & P Endorsements required or willing to train
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; strong communication skills
• Ability to work 30–40 hours per week; prior driving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate school buses on scheduled routes
• Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
• Keep accurate records of passengers, routes, and incidents
• Assist students with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety
• Communicate with dispatch about route changes or delays
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bus inside and out
